There seems to be a problem with expat.5:${PORTSDIR}/textproc/expat2 which is needed for compiling a couple of apps (i.e. subversion and kde3.2) in FreeBSD 5.2.1. This can now be solved with:
portupgrade -rf expat
But this will rebuild large parts of the system, so be patient.
